Job Title: GO Software Engineer (Contract to Hire)
Location: Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite 3x a week)
Duration: 6 months + Contract to Hire

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced GO Software Engineers to join a dynamic development team for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with GO/Golang development, as well as a strong understanding of messaging systems, scalable systems, and object-oriented development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using GO/Golang.
  • Work on scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust applications.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of development experience, with a focus on GO/Golang.
  • Strong experience in Java development.
  • Proven experience with messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Expertise in object-oriented development and design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of scalable systems.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with C#.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and SQL.
